At Moment, every product is carefully inspected before it ships. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your item arrives defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@momentwrld.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect or damage
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

Once we review and approve your claim, we will offer a replacement or refund for the defective item. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify as defects:

  • Minor variations in color due to screen settings
  • Damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper care after delivery
  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong item/size

Return Shipping

If a return is approved for a defective item, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting an approved return will not be accepted.
